Naturalization

Naturalization is the process of becoming a U.S. citizen. Meaning the foreign national has met the requirements set by the U.S. Congress in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). We understand that becoming a U.S. citizen is one of the most important decisions. Because every situation is different such as marriage to a U.S citizen, military service or family background we offer personalized support for each client though their journey to citizenship. 

Qualifications:

-Continued Residence for a specific amount of time

-Demonstrate being a person of good moral character 

– Pass the civics education test and demonstrate being able to read, write and speak English while answering questions from a USCIS officer regarding US history and government. U.S. Citizenship may also be granted through the naturalization of parents (must be under 18 years old), or being born to U.S. citizen parents outside of the United States.
