EB-5 Visa allows a pathway for foreign investors, business owners, or entrepreneurs to become U.S. permanent residents (green card holders) by investing in the U.S. economy.  An EB-5 investor must invest the required amount of capital in a new commercial enterprise that will create full-time positions for at least 10 qualifying employees.

 Qualifications include: 

  • Must create or preserve at least 10 full time jobs for U.S. workers within 2 years of the investment. 
  • Regional Center investment within a USCIS approved program where you don’t manage the business day to day, or
  • Direct investment involvement where the business is owned and operated directly. 
  • Proof of lawful source of funds
  • Eligible investment amount, $1,050,000 for standard projects. $800,000 for projects in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA)a rural zone or region with ≥150% of the national unemployment rate
